    Dear Sir, Madam,

I am a Dutch volunteer with the Foundation Fields of Honor https://fieldsofhonorfoundation.com/ and am trying to find a picture of Harold Higson Spicer who was employed as an aero-engineering mechanic at RCAF Station Dartmouth, Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia In the early stages of WW2.

After his RCAF service he returned to the USA (where he was born on 5th August 1917) and enlisted in the USAAF in 1944.
He was KIA in March 1945 as a P-47 pilot with the 371st Fighter Squadron.
    See https://www.fieldsofhonor-database.com/index.php/en/american-war-cemetery-luxembourg-s/87910-spicer-harold-h-lux-h-14-67

I hope that you will be able to trace his photograph in your records.
Such a find would enable us to add his photograph to our database to honor his sacrifice.
I look forward to hear from you!

    Best regards from the Netherlands,
    Arie-Jan van Hees
