- “I was there from 1971-74. During that period, the trailers were put in place (after sitting on the ball diamond and growing mushrooms), Cantin’s Moving become government approved for F&E as the station moved to allow members to bring in their own furniture. As Cantin’s is mentioned in the narrative and the one picture shows the trailers, I suggest that this Welcome pub was from 1973/4 or later.”
