    Hi! This is “Midget” the Shetland Pony, mascot of No 2 Wireless School. She was won by an airman from the school during Christmas 1940 and had the run of the station and place of honor on all ceremonial parades. She was led on formal parades by Corporal George Burry, a wireless electrical mechanic instructor, who also looked after Midget’s daily upkeep.
