I am looking for any information you may have of my Grandfather RAF Wing Commander Raymond Todd who I believe was stationed at Haggersville in 1945.
He was married on the base by the base commander in 1945 to Molleen Mabel Bradshaw.
Any info will be most appreciated!

My great uncle Marshall Machell was employed at this site in the mid 1950’s, after the air base closed. I believe it was called the Hagersville Army Camp at that time. If anyone has any information about Marshall Machell I’d love to hear from you. Thanks!
More records can be found at Ancestry.ca under military. My Uncle Bc Donnan trained here in spring 43 and his crash card is on the website. March 29, 1943 formation flying collision. He went on to complete a full tour over mainland Europe piloting a Lancaster bomber.
My Dad CPL Labelle A CAN R146707 served with this NO. 16 SFTS from 1941 to 1945. he never spoke of his war time service. My mother gave me his wartime medals and discharge papers after he passed away in 1981. I am now 81 and would be interested in knowing exactly what he did while in service. I filed in the necessary paperwork from National Archives but I was born while he was overseas and have no documentation to prove he was my Dad accept his marriage certificate to my Mom and some cards and letters that mention he had a baby boy waiting to meet him back in Canada. I am applying for his personal records from National Archive but I have one little issue in that I can’t prove he was my Dad as he was overseas at the time. I have only his marriage certificate and a few post cards and letters from overseas so I have to figure out how I can prove my relationship to him. Anyway I would also like to know where the 16th was posted and what the did while posted overseas. Is that information available without individuals names? Great to see this site I have been looking for years and finally found his service number and the fact he was with the 16th SFTS.
